This page covers the details of my services as an Independent Exercise Consultant.
The Metabolic Performance Gym is located in Glenelg, South Australia, outfitted with high grade commercial equipment and exclusively offering private one on one instructed sessions.
While the end goal is to increase your strength over time and obtain all the benefits which comes with getting stronger, the number one priority is to keep you safe and injury free, this is why your first few sessions will be emphasised on teaching you correct training technique. Clients ranging from 16 to 75 years of age are currently being instructed through this type of training on a weekly basis.
Each session lasts a maximum of 20 minutes and you have the choice of one or two session per week. Please refer to Metabolic Performance Exercise for an overview regarding the principles behind this type of brief and effective exercise.
If one session per week is chosen, it will consist of a Big Four workout, as this engages the entire musculature of your body.
Should you choose two sessions per week, your second workout will a TROM dead lift, which concentrates on stimulating the muscles around your spine and is less intense, than the Big Four.
One session (Big Four workout) per week – $30.00
Two sessions (Big Four workout and TROM dead lift) per week – $50.00
45 minute Introductory session – $25
During the Introductory session, you will be shown proper training technique and experience the feeling of going through an easy Big Four workout, as well as some very light TROM deadlifts.
Should you choose to obtain my services on a regular basis, it is very important that you are aware of my credentials and the terms of becoming a client.
As an Independent Exercise Consultant, I am not connected, affiliated, accredited or under the control of any type of organisation or institution, which offers education, diplomas, certificates or qualifications in the realm of exercise.
All of my expertise in the realm of exercise is derived from extensive self study and personal experience only.
Even though, every precaution will be taken to keep you from getting injured during a training session, there is always a risk for injury no matter how small. Therefore you must understand that choosing to train with me is done completely at your own risk.
Before commencing your first session, it is your personal responsibility to assure yourself that you are physically capable of engaging in this type of exercise and should you so wish, consult with whomever you choose to obtain this assurance.
